A New Dream is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer or packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless there is an error or qualifying issue with your order.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or accidentally ordering the wrong product.

Qualifying issues may include receiving an incorrect item, receiving an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, a missing item, or a qualifying shipping issue for which A New Dream is responsible.

Order issues must be reported to hello@anewdream.us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
